We won't do deals where the only one who makes money is the lender. We look at the deal and analyze it, both from the investor's and the lender's perspective.  If the investor doesn't make money, it's not really a deal, is it?  We will tell you if you have a deal or not, and we’ll tell you exactly the reasons why.

We also fill the gap when you are trying to fund commercial deals conventionally, but need short term financing to acquire, rehab or build the property.  We have commercial lenders to supply your end loans and can work with you on your commercial project, from acquisition to end loan.

We do not work with buyers who intend to occupy the property, however, we have access to a network of lenders who do owner-occupied loans.
